Privacy policy

How we handle personal data on this site, in line with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

What we collect

We process personal data only where you actively provide it:

  • Pilot-program requests. When you submit the pilot form, we process the task description, company, your name, email address, and how you found the site.
  • Server logs. Our hosting provider may process technical connection data (IP address, timestamp, requested resource) to deliver and secure the site.
  • Usage analytics. With your consent, Google Analytics processes how you navigate the site — pages viewed, device and browser type, and an approximate location derived from a truncated IP address — to produce aggregate usage statistics. See web analytics below.

Apart from the web analytics described below, this site sets no advertising cookies and embeds no other third-party trackers.

Purpose and legal basis

  • To respond to your pilot request and prepare a proposal: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (steps prior to entering into a contract) and Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR (your consent, given via the form's checkbox).
  • To operate and secure the website: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (our legitimate interest in a functioning, secure service).

Web analytics

We use Google Analytics 4, a service provided by Google Ireland Limited (Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland), to understand how visitors find and use this site. Google acts as our processor under a data-processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR.

Google Analytics sets cookies and processes usage data — the pages you view, an approximate location derived from a truncated IP address, your device and browser type, and how you reached the site — to produce aggregate statistics. Google Analytics 4 does not log or store full IP addresses.

Legal basis: your consent under Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR. You can withdraw consent at any time with effect for the future, without affecting processing already carried out. Some data may be transferred to Google servers in the United States, safeguarded by the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

You can prevent analytics collection by blocking analytics cookies in your browser or by installing the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.

Retention

We keep pilot-request data only as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any resulting contract, and no longer than statutory retention periods require. You can ask us to delete it at any time.

Processors and hosting

The site and its backend are hosted by [hosting provider], acting as our processor under a data-processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR. Data is processed within the EU/EEA.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to:

  • access the personal data we hold about you (Art. 15);
  • rectification of inaccurate data (Art. 16);
  • erasure (Art. 17) and restriction of processing (Art. 18);
  • data portability (Art. 20);
  • object to processing based on legitimate interest (Art. 21);
  • withdraw consent at any time, without affecting prior processing (Art. 7(3)).
